Here to Help you With Your Therapy Needs!

Living Purpose Mental Health Counseling, PLLC

You’ve spent so much time surviving that you may not remember what it feels like to truly feel at peace.

At Living Purpose Mental Health Counseling, PLLC, we provide trauma-informed virtual therapy for children, teens, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, burnout, depression, relationship stress, and life transitions. Our goal is to help clients move beyond survival mode and begin building a life that feels more connected, balanced, and authentic.

We know therapy can feel intimidating at first. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or unsure where to begin. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out for support.

Our team of compassionate therapists uses evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, and trauma-informed therapy to support healing, emotional growth, and lasting change. We believe therapy should feel collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your unique experiences and needs.

Healing does not happen overnight, but you do not have to go through it alone. We’re here to support you every step of the way.
